Dear Friends of Oak Tree Ministries –
Short and sweet this update, with two comments from different people this past month, a man and a woman, both after receiving HeartSync ministry …
… for him, a brand new believer, after Jesus went into the areas of pain and took them to Himself … and deep sobbing and weeping for a good 10 minutes … “I don’t cry. I only cried at my dad’s funeral.” And then … “I’ve never felt power like that, and I had a Samoan knock my teeth out …”
Didn’t expect that one.
… and for her … “Thank you for being God’s servant and helping me. I can’t tell you … I feel like 5 years of therapy in one session.”
I hear comments like that a lot.
There are more stories from HeartSync and more from Healing Rooms … always more. That’s our God. There’s always more! We are beyond blessed to see Jesus at work every day!
Thank you for praying with us … these stories are part of your ministry, too.
As you pray with us and for us this month, please remember the following …
… Beth starts the new Community Bible Study class year this coming Wednesday, September 4. Pray with her for the study, and for the women and children that will be attending. Including the leadership team, there are around 250 so far.
… the counseling and HeartSync load for Bill has increased, and people are waiting up to two months to get in. Please pray for wisdom setting appointments, and for God to work deeply in each heart and life! And pray with us as we set up trainings and mentoring sessions in both Healing Rooms and HeartSync ministry for the fall.
… AJ and the grandkids are settling into a more definite routine. He and Ashley have agreed on terms for the divorce, and it will be final in late November. If you have questions please contact me or Beth directly and we’ll be happy to share. In the meantime, please continue praying for God’s best in this whole situation.
… pray with Beth and me as we work through what we are needing to do to help AJ and the grandkids. We need God’s wisdom!
… pray for Jen as she makes some major transitions this month … wisdom, God’s timing, and God’s best plans.
… Beth and I are celebrating 45 years of marriage later this month! Thank God with us for His goodness!!
… we have noted several leaders of different ministries around us getting deeply attacked and deeply discouraged. It’s been a privilege to come alongside several and watch God work to refresh and strengthen them. Please pray with us for the leaders around us, and around you!
God bless you wonderfully and richly! There’s always more He’s wanting to do for you!
